Job summary

Solenis LLC seeks a Shift Leader on-site in Fort Scott, Kansas to help manage production, drive efficiency, and support Lean and QEHS initiatives.

You will collaborate with teams, ensure safety practices, and contribute to cost-saving and process improvements while maintaining quality standards on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum Experience Required: 3-5+ years in manufacturing is a plus.
• Must pass a forklift training class.

Must also have some basic hand tool skills. Must pass a forklift training class.**Minimum Education Required:** High school diploma or equivalent.**Minimum Experience required:**3-5 + year in manufacturing role is a plus.**Physical Requirements:** Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. several times each day.Ability to stand for periods of up to 4 hours at a time.
