We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel: they add flavor and help hold everything together.

A day in the life of a Shift Leader:

Shift Leaders work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver excellent guest experiences. They set the tone, provide feedback, and coach team members. They open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensuring food quality and a safe, clean environment. This role offers career growth opportunities, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends

• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain it before leadership training
