Job summary

Dunkin is hiring a Shift Leader to guide teams on the shop floor and help ensure fast, friendly service. You’ll lead by example, manage shifts, assist with cash handling, and keep the store clean and compliant with safety standards.

Complete all required training and support the training of other team members.

• A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• You’re fluent in English and eligible to work in the U.S.
