Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Lead by example for Team Members
• Be familiar with all tasks that each Team Member position performs
• Ensure standards of food quality, customer satisfaction, and health & safety protocols are met
• Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant (including extended hours)
• Assist in counting out cash registers
• Assist in stocking shelves with inventory and product
• Expedite food to guests
• Follow directions of management
• Other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications / Requirements

• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to provide leadership and direction to individuals
• Well-groomed, professional appearance
• Positive attitude and self‑disciplined
• Demonstrates maturity and professional demeanor at all times
• Experience in leadership (1 year preferred but not required)
• Restaurant experience (1 year preferred but not required)
