Job summary

Dunkin' Franchisee in Easthampton, MA seeks a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members and ensure Brand standards are met while delivering a friendly guest experience.

You will set goals, assign tasks, motivate the team, and provide timely feedback to drive performance and guest satisfaction during your shift.

Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment is preferred, and opportunities for advancement are available within the franchise network.
