As a Shift Leader at our new Dallas, TX (Greenville Ave.), you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" by predicting the flow of business and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. You will also take pride in knowing that your leadership contributes to a productive and fun environment for your store!

WHAT WILL I DO AS A SHIFT LEADER?

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests
• Support store operations during your shift, communicate relevant information, monitor production efficiency, and uphold company standards
• Assist in training and coaching team members
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to food safety practices
• Manage cash handling and deposits

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others
