Jersey Mike's is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will guide Crew Members, assist the Assistant Manager and Manager, and help guests with orders while upholding our high standards of service and quality. Flexible hours include both weekday and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or food service preferred.

• Provide guidance to Crew Members and assist the Assistant Manager and Manager as needed.

• Maintain a friendly, efficient work environment and support scheduling.
