Shift Leader Responsibilities include:

• Managing FOH & BOH employees' performance
• Promoting a positive work environment
• Training employees using SmashConnect, LMS, and 4-step training
• Rewarding employee performance
• Ensuring operational checklists and standards are met
• Managing guest experience metrics
• Ensuring food safety compliance
• Leading onboarding and training
• Managing inventory, costs, and labor

Requirements:

• Previous Shift Leader experience
• Completion of train-the-trainer course within 90 days
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Adherence to uniform standards
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
