Jersey Mike's Subs in Collierville, TN is looking for responsible, energetic Shift Leaders to join our growing team. You will guide Crew Members, support the Assistant Manager and Manager, and assist customers with orders in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

• Guide Crew Members and provide coaching to maintain service quality.
• Support the Assistant Manager and Manager when needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
