Job summary

The Dunkin' franchisee is seeking a highly motivated Shift Leader to coach Crew Members during each shift, ensuring operations meet Brand standards and deliver a friendly guest experience. You will set goals, delegate tasks, and celebrate successes with the team.

You will motivate coworkers, provide timely feedback, and help drive efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction throughout every shift in Clinton, Maine.
