Job Description - About the Job:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader assists in managing shifts within the Taco Bell restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and profit. The role involves hands-on training, responding to customer needs, and modeling appropriate restaurant behaviors.

Responsibilities of the Shift Leader Position:
  1. Maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations, ensuring product quality standards.
  2. Ensure a safe working environment by modeling safe work behaviors.
  3. Motivate and train team members.
  4. Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds using a preventative maintenance program.
  5. Guarantee food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
  6. Execute corporate and local marketing plans timely and effectively.
  7. Promote recognition and motivation efforts among staff.
  8. Provide regular feedback to the team and Restaurant General Manager.
Minimum Requirements: Is This You?
  1. Must be at least 18 years old.
  2. Supervisory experience in quick service or retail environments.
  3. Good attendance and punctuality.
  4. Basic business math and communication skills.
  5. Basic computer literacy.
  6. Enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and being a team player.
  7. Commitment to customer satisfaction and a strong work ethic.
