Job summary

Luna Grill is seeking a Shift Leader who will set the tone for each shift, guide the team, and ensure flawless guest experiences across multiple California, Texas, and Arizona locations. This role emphasizes leadership, guest service, and smooth operations.

Applicants should bring 1–3 years of supervisory restaurant experience, strong communication, and a hands-on leadership style. Training, growth opportunities, and a competitive pay structure with tips are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or guest service experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong communicator and problem solver
• Hands-on leader who leads by example
• Excellent at multitasking, organizing, and coaching under pressure
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead by example while serving guests and supporting your team.
• Act as the person in charge handle daily operations, guest satisfaction, and team deployment.
• Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality, resolve guest issues promptly, and make every visit a great experience.
• Coach and motivate team members in real time to uphold Luna Grill’s standards.
• Support with inventory counts, shift recaps, and basic administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain service flow and food quality.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, sanitation, and labor policies.

$20.50/hr (up to $24.00/hr with tips)

Texas – Dallas/Fort Worth

$13.00–$15.00/hr (up to $18.00/hr with tips)

Arizona – Mesa

$16.00–$18.00/hr (up to $21.00/hr with tips)
