Smashburger Minnesota is seeking a Shift Leader to guide both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. You will promote a positive work environment, manage daily operations, and ensure adherence to food safety standards while delivering guest experiences that reflect our “Better Burgers” standard.
You will train and develop team members, monitor labor and cost controls, and support the restaurant’s goals through effective people management and clear communication on every shift.
