Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for Modern Market Eatery in a fast-paced, open kitchen setting in Colorado. You will help ensure shifts run smoothly, guest service expectations are met, and you’ll lead team members across stations.

The role emphasizes maintaining cleanliness, food quality, proper opening/closing procedures, and monitoring breaks, with opportunities for overtime and tips. Training in food handling and alcohol service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of restaurant shift leader experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Food handlers and alcohol service training preferred.
• Ability to coordinate work of self and others.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and delegate side work tasks.
• Continually monitor our food and food quality.
• Properly perform opening and closing procedures as the manager in charge of those shifts.
• Run the shift while making sure that all employees are taking their given / mandatory breaks at the appropriate time throughout the day.
• Work all stations in the restaurant while recognizing where you are most needed at a given time
• Assist Manager with other duties as needed.

What you'll do:

If so, this is the job for you! We are Modern Market Eatery – a farm-fresh eatery that serves awesome food in a fast-paced, open kitchen setting. We love food and we love providing an excellent guest experience to each person that walks through our door. We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Shift Leaders to join our team.
