Jersey Mike’s Subs in Bridgeport, WV is seeking a Shift Leader to support store management and coach a fast-paced team. This full- or part-time leadership role focuses on service, quality food, and a positive guest experience.

You’ll open/close, train crew, manage cash, and drive growth through teamwork and brand standards. The position offers growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate slicer.
• ServSafe / Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Willingness to learn, then coach!

• Coaching and motivating team members to deliver outstanding customer service
• Producing food that meets Jersey Mike’s high quality and consistency standards
• Delivering the complete Jersey Mike’s guest experience
• Leading by example with professionalism, urgency, and integrity
• Managing cash handling and key-holder responsibilities
• Opening and closing the restaurant
• Enforcing policies, procedures, and food safety standards
• Maintaining a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others
• Leading and managing a crew of team members
• Participating in local and national marketing initiatives
• Helping build sales through execution, service, and teamwork
• Developing team members for future growth and advancement
• Completing and following the Learning Management System (LMS) training program
• Communicating effectively with the GM, ASM, and Other Managers
• Operating with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Physical Requirements

• Full-time AND Part-time options

Pay & Perks

• $15.00–$16.00 per hour + tips

  (average tips add $3–$5/hour)
