Dunkin' Franchisee in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members and uphold brand standards while delivering a friendly guest experience. This role focuses on team guidance, goal setting, and operational excellence.

As a Shift Leader you will set assignments, monitor performance, provide timely feedback, and celebrate successes to keep the crew motivated and guest satisfaction high.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coaching fast-food crew preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
