Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee in the Midwest, seeks a part-time Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations and help train team members. You will uphold brand standards and foster a positive work environment while delivering a consistent guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in restaurant leadership or training, strong communication and leadership skills, and availability on weekends and evenings. This role offers growth opportunities within the team.
