Team Lyders is seeking a Shift Leader for a part-time role in Michigan. You will supervise and support team members during shifts, assist with training and development, and ensure a consistently high level of customer service.

The position emphasizes a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with brand standards. You will participate in daily restaurant operations, help manage inventory and safety, and support back-office tasks.

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.
