Job summary

Dunkin franchisee in Centre County, Bellefonte is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members during shifts, ensuring operational Brand standards and a great guest experience. You will set goals, assign jobs, motivate teammates, celebrate successes, and provide timely feedback to help colleagues grow.

Flexibility, reliability, and a customer-service mindset are essential as you supervise lineups, train new Crew Members, and help maintain clean, safe dining areas.
