As a Shift Manager, your duties will include:

• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
• Enthusiastically greet all guests with a hearty "Welcome to Moe's" when they enter the restaurant.
• Monitor inventory levels and deliver fresh delicious food
• Providing prompt, efficient, courteous service to all guests.
• Anticipate and identify guest complaints in a timely manner, inquiring about the quality of a guest's dining experience, thanking guests and inviting them to return.
• Taking register readings, handling cash in an accurate and responsible manner, making interim cash reports, and handling frequent cash drops.
• Create a fun and friendly work environment that rewards teamwork
• Maintaining guest checks in numerical orders.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management and at all times represent Moe's as a professional in every aspect of performance.
