Wingstop Albany is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations and guide team performance. You will help train team members, support management in achieving profitability, and ensure high-quality guest experiences at the Albany location.

The payrates listed below are all based on experience and availability:

Up to $15.40 per hour(Albuquerque, NM area)

Up to $17.71per hour (Santa Fe, NM area)

Up to $17.82per hour (Oregon - Salem/Eugene)

Up to $19.20per hour (Oregon - Portland Metro)

Up to $19.56per hour(Washington)

The Shift Leader is a Team Member who has the ability to manage the day-to-day aspects of a Wingstop. They help direct and train Team Members, while assisting in goals driven by the GM and AGM. This role is a perfect starting point for those who show a management mindset and would like to learn more about Leadership in the Wingstop system.
