Job summary

Wingstop Portland is seeking a Shift Leader to manage the day-to-day restaurant operations, direct and train Team Members, and support the GM and AGM in achieving goals.

Shift Leaders are accountable for customer service, profitability and quality assurance, overseeing all restaurant employees to ensure guest expectations are exceeded. This role is a stepping stone into leadership within the Wingstop system, with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Customer service experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leaders are responsible and accountable for assisting and supporting all restaurant activities including customer service, profitability and quality assurance.
• Our Shift Leaders oversee and lead the performance of all restaurant employees, and ensure the expectations of all guests are exceeded.
• The Shift Leader is a Team Member who has the ability to manage the day-to-day aspects of a Wingstop. They help direct and train Team Members, while assisting in goals driven by the GM and AGM.

The payrates listed below are all based on experience and availability:

Up to $15.40 per hour(Albuquerque, NM area)

Up to $17.71per hour (Santa Fe, NM area)

Up to $17.82per hour (Oregon - Salem/Eugene)

Up to $19.20per hour (Oregon - Portland Metro)

Up to $19.56per hour(Washington)

The Shift Leader is a Team Member who has the ability to manage the day-to-day aspects of a Wingstop. They help direct and train Team Members, while assisting in goals driven by the GM and AGM.
