Wegmans Food Markets in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Food Service Shift Leader for the Sub Shop. You’ll lead a fast-paced team, maintain product freshness, and educate customers about offerings while upholding Wegmans’ standards and values.

This full-time position requires 1+ years of work experience or a college degree and basic computer skills. Shifts start as early as 6am and include weekends, with pay ranging from $21.75 to $22.50 per hour.

What will I do?

• Focus on company standards regarding merchandising, highlighting quality, freshness and uniqueness of products

• Proactively approach customers, answer questions, help locate items and offer suggestions to complete their meals

Required Qualifications

• 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree


• Computer skills
