Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support management, lead team members, and ensure smooth operations during each shift. You will help deliver Panda’s guest experience with passion, heart, and pride.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in store operations, cooking Panda favorites, and developing yourself and others in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role offers flexible schedules and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Some high school education or equivalent.
• Preference for Operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Food safety requirements per local regulations (certification may be required).

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Assist in managing store operations and lead the team during the shift.
• Hands-on cooking and preparation of Panda favorites for guests.
• Develop yourself and others through ongoing training and feedback.
