Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join an excellent team in Coppell, TX. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a positive attitude, with supervision for routine tasks and collaboration with Operations Supervisors.

Responsibilities include staging, loading/unloading, equipment operation, inventory control, and quality checks. Competitive benefits and a $1 shift differential accompany the $24.00/hr pay rate.

Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse experience required.
• 2 years of inventory or materials management experience preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint preferred.
• Flexibility to work overtime preferred.
• Ability to work in non-climate controlled conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Loads and unloads trailers.
• Executes & provides process & project visibility to Operations Supervisor.
• Operates forklifts, pallet jacks and a variety of warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assemble product containers and crates using hand tools.
• Read work orders or instructions to determine assignments.
• Record numbers of units handled and moved using daily production sheets.
