Qualifications

• Experience leading a team during a shift; ability to motivate and coach 3–15 staff.
• Clean driving record and eligibility to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Be punctual with a positive attitude and great customer service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations.
• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments from customers.
• Make consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer safely and courteously.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance per Domino's Grooming Standards.
