Job summary

Club Demonstration Services is seeking retail event staff to drive sales through engaging customers with live events and product sampling in stores and at various locations in Richmond, TX.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed. The role supports leadership with scheduling, setup/breakdown of demos, and onboarding new team members. Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Comfortable engaging customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Willing to work 4+ days a week including Sundays and Mondays.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life by providing live events and sampling to consumers where they live and shop.
• Support leadership through tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and breaking down demos, and assisting with interviewing and onboarding new team members.
