Job summary

Domino's Pizza in West Orange, NJ is hiring an Assistant Manager in Training to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. The role focuses on shop floor leadership, cost and inventory control, and delivering great customer service while maintaining store standards.

You will oversee daily operations, guide a team of crew and shift teammates, and ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or food service is a plus.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3–30 employees during your shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment.
• Prepare products quickly and accurately according to recipes.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely.
• Maintain cleanliness from front to back of the restaurant.
• Uphold grooming standards and present a professional appearance.
