Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Rutherford, New Jersey is hiring immediately for an Assistant Manager (Manager in Training) to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help run shifts and set the tone for the store.

You’ll supervise a team, oversee store operations, handle cash, inventory and customer service, and ensure products meet Domino’s standards. A confident leader with good judgement, math skills and the ability to multi-task will thrive.

Qualifications

• Judgement, math and multitasking ability are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the front to the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance within the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
