Qualifications

• Experience: Previous leadership or food service experience is a plus (but we will train the right attitude).
• Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and closing shifts.
• Reliability: Punctuality and professional conduct are non-negotiable.
• Math: Ability to count cash and manage basic inventory calculations.
• Driver's license: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run the Shift: Lead the team during rush hours, assigning tasks and keeping energy high.
• Cost Control: Manage inventory, cash, and labor to keep the store profitable.
• Team Building: Train and coach drivers and insiders to meet service standards.
• Customer Service: Handle customer concerns with professionalism and fix problems on the spot.
