Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager in Marietta, GA. This role leads a team on shift, manages store operations, and ensures customer satisfaction with a positive, professional demeanor. You’ll train staff, maintain safety and cleanliness, and uphold Domino’s quality standards while working a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a clean driving record, reliable insured vehicle, and the ability to pass an MVR check. Weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team, managing 3–30 staff during shifts.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and safe driving record.
• Stores open 365 days; willing to work when needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during a shift and set the store tone.
• Oversee all store operations and customer relations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments.
• Prepare products quickly, accurately and in line with recipes.
• Deliver product by vehicle from store to customer.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness from front to back.
• Adhere to grooming standards at all times.
