Job summary

Colorado-Springs-Country-Club is seeking a Full-Time Shift Lead Server to deliver exceptional hospitality in a private club setting. You will bartend and serve, lead the shift, and ensure smooth service flow while upholding upscale club standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, coaching staff, maintaining bar and dining service, and handling guest concerns with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a bartender and/or server in a restaurant or hospitality environment, with lead experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a shift while working hands-on and multitask under pressure.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills; professional with Members.
• Reliable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead service coverage during shifts, open/close as needed.
• Coordinate with supervisor for staffing and station readiness.
• Coach and train servers and support staff on standards and pacing.
• Maintain communication between bar, servers, and kitchen.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and serve beverages to club standards; manage tabs and billing.
