Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC's Sbarro's inside the travel center is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise daily shifts, coach team members, and ensure fast, friendly, and accurate guest service.

You will lead during shifts, uphold quality, speed, and cleanliness standards, and assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and team development in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30-50 lbs as needed
