Qualifications

• Demonstrate knowledge of production processes and metal fabrication machines.
• Understand and apply related safety requirements in production operations.
• Able to follow routine oral and written instructions; establish good working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a respectful, safe work environment.
• Communicate with Leaders to plan schedules and ensure on-time progress.
• Assist in training and development of employees per BTD values and vision.
• Assist Leaders with employee evaluation and one-on-ones as applicable.
• Monitor work habits and suggest corrections; uphold ISO standards and safety.
