Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, start-up systems, cash handling.
• Handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and POS transactions accurately.
• Provide a distinctive customer experience and coach others on service standards.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, inventory counts, and displays.
• Ensure pricing and signage comply with policies and local regulations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
