Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Basic tool knowledge is a plus.
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling of 75-to-85-pound pallets.

Responsibilities

• Guide the daily production plan and safety standards.
• Train and guide operators on pallet repair.
• Visually inspect pallets and determine rework needed.
• Communicate with Shipping/Receiving on needs and status.
• Communicate with Shift Supervisor for guidance and priorities.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
