Responsibilities

• Set up the store and prepare for the shift from top to bottom.
• Review results, address concerns, and set goals for the team.
• Coordinate communications via email/Teams and assist where needed.
• Support training and certifications for team members.
• Follow routine checklists for each store position.
• Manage rush periods by directing and assisting where needed.
• Keep the customer as the #1 priority during every shift.
• Ensure staff clock out on time and post-rush walkthroughs completed.
