Location and Position Details

P. Terry's Cibolo is offering both part-time and full-time positions with a pay range of $17.00/hour to $19.00/hour, depending on experience. We are seeking talented Managers/Shift Leaders committed to providing a top-tier guest experience, focusing on our crew, and passionate about serving the healthiest, highest quality food and drinks in Texas. Leaders who thrive in a high-energy, high-volume environment and can lead both in the Back of the House (BOH) and Front of the House (FOH) are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Arrive by 6am to open the stand; shift length is typically 6-8 hours.
• Set up the stand, including stocking stations, ordering, inventory, cash handling, and food safety walks.
• Be responsible for the stand in the absence of the GM.
• Support the team and assist where needed.
• Create a positive, proactive atmosphere and support team members.
• Provide excellent customer service, treating guests like family.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.

Requirements

• Availability for day shifts.
• Manager serve safe certification (training provided if needed).
• At least 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Ability to promote teamwork and support others.
• Ability to lift 35-50 lbs.
• Ability to reach, bend, and handle products.
