Job summary

Grease Monkey in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking an energetic Key Holder for our Quick Oil Change team. You will open and close the location, support daily operations, and ensure customers receive fast, friendly service. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, with automotive knowledge a plus.

You will lead the team during shifts, handle basic cash security, and help maintain a clean, safe service bay. This role offers an opportunity to grow leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a service or retail environment; automotive experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, high integrity and attention to detail.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Unlock and secure the location at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Assist in leading the team during daily operations and ensuring workflow efficiency.
• Perform and oversee oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other minor vehicle services.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and report needs to Center Manager.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the service bays and customer areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues or complaints.
• Train and mentor new employees.
