Support and Responsibilities

Support the RGM by running effective shifts independently. Take ownership of tasks, solve problems proactively, and assist team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction:
    • Execute the MIC Success Routine, ensuring responsibilities related to People, Customers, and Service are completed.
    • Ensure Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks.
    • Maintain a neat appearance and wear the uniform.
    • Prioritize customer needs, ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
    • Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain positive relations.
    • Greet customers politely and work with urgency.
    • Collaborate with management and team members, demonstrating a positive attitude.
  2. Attendance:
    • Report to work on time, in uniform, and ready for tasks. Notify management of absences.
    • Accurately record hours worked using the approved system.
  3. Initiative and Leadership:
    • Act proactively, maintain high activity levels.
    • Provide feedback and participate in training of team members.
    • Handle conflicts constructively and assist with profit and loss management, inventory, and labor control.
    • Oversee proper food preparation, safety standards, and facility maintenance.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum age: 18 years old.
  • Pass background check and drug test.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Basic math skills, ability to stock, oversee employees, and perform cleaning tasks.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform related tasks.
Additional Information
  • Typically 30+ hours/week, hours may vary.
  • Preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position.
  • Employment type: Full-time, Mid-Senior level management role.
