Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is hiring a Shift Lead for Miss J's Cafe, inside our travel center in Savanna, Oklahoma. You will support daily operations, coach team members, and help ensure guests receive fast, friendly, and accurate service.

We seek strong leaders who thrive in high-energy environments, lead by example, and are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include opening/closing, cash handling, and supervising shifts with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain restaurant standards for food quality, speed, and cleanliness.

• Help maintain inventory, stocking, and overall restaurant organization.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Support management with daily operational goals and team development.
