Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and preventive care.
• Manage client and patient flow to ensure quality care and efficient team use.
• Provide professional service: greet clients, educate, and prepare procedures.
• Assist under veterinarian supervision with technician appointments.
• Document patient data, maintain medical charts, and manage invoices.
• Support the Practice Manager with team efficiency and supervision of paraprofessionals.
• Assist with surgery and ensure safety and cleanliness.
