Grease Monkey International in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a dependable Key Holder to support daily operations and ensure efficient service at our Quick Oil Change center. You will open and close the store, supervise staff, and assist customers with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Availability to work weekends.
• Must pass company background check and be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the location at the start and end of shifts.
• In absence of Center Manager, handle daily deposits and security.
• Ensure cash security and close store safely per protocols.
• Lead the team during daily operations and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Perform and oversee oil changes, fluid checks, and minor vehicle services.
• Maintain inventory and report needs to Center Manager.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in bays and customer areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues.
