Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking energetic team members to enhance in-store shopping experiences through live events and product sampling. You’ll engage customers, promote brands, and help manage demos across stores, delivering strong customer service and a friendly, high-energy presence.

No prior experience required; training is provided. Opportunities for growth and flexible hours are offered to fit 4+ days per week availability, including Sundays and Mondays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/demo environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life with live events and sampling.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, setting up/breaking down demos, and assisting with interviewing/onboarding new teammates.
