Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in delivering Panda’s values on a fast-paced shift. You will help create a welcoming environment for guests, supervise the team during the shift, and assist with cooking and Panda favorites for guests.

Ideal candidates may have some high school completed and some operations experience; Food Safety knowledge is a plus. Local/municipal Food Handler certification may be required. ADA considerations apply to the role.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Operations experience preferred; familiarity with Food Safety practices is a plus.
