Ideal candidates have some high school education and some operations experience; local Food Handler certification is commonly required. This role emphasizes development, teamwork, and strong communication on the floor.

Qualifications

• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense.
• Shift Lead role requires basic operations exposure and ability to lead a team during a shift.
• Preferred experience in food safety practices and handling procedures.
