Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support management and help bring Panda’s mission alive in our restaurants. You will play a central role in a fast-paced environment, assisting with guest service and store operations during your shift.

You will gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites, while developing leadership skills and a dedication to teamwork that helps our guests feel welcome and cared for in every visit.

Qualifications

• High school level required or equivalent.
• Prefer some Operations experience.
• Food Safety: Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense.
