Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to play a central role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will support management in creating food with passion, service with heart and ambiance with pride, while leading during the shift to ensure smooth operations.

You will gain hands-on experience in cooking Panda favorites, lead team members on shift, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Equal emphasis on safety, teamwork, and customer service is expected.

Qualifications

• Some high school is required or preferred.
• Operations experience is preferred.
• Food Safety: Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense.
