Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to be a central part of our fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will support management in delivering Panda’s mission—food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

As a Shift Lead, you’ll help create a vibrant, welcoming environment for guests, gain hands-on experience managing store operations and leading the team during the shift, and develop a wide range of skills for your personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Some high school education or equivalent.
• Operations experience and food safety knowledge preferred.
