As a Shift Lead, you will play a central role in delivering food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride, while guiding team members during the shift. You will gain hands-on experience cooking Panda favorites, managing store operations, and developing yourself and others in a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs., standing up to four hours, and working in a hot, noisy kitchen
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively
